The world’s most famous fictional secret spy has made the martini fashionably suave. Bond, James Bond that is, preferred a simple vodka martini, but the dirty martini is a favorite among those with a more acquired taste.

The addition of olive juice transforms the cocktail by adding a unique salty flavor. Don’t mind the difference in preparation; you can still unleash your inner secret spy when you order your Dirty Martini “shaken, not stirred,” if you prefer.

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 tablespoon dry Vermouth
  • 2 tablespoons olive juice
  • 2 olives

Directions: Shake the gin with ice. Swish a dash of Vermouth into a martini glass so just a bit lines the glass. Then strain the gin into the glass. Lastly, add the olive juice and garnish with olives. Sip like a secret agent.
