  • 41,800 square feet of office and passenger terminal space.

  • Four spacious hangars totaling 145,000 square feet.

  • A 6.7-acre ramp area, enhancing aircraft capacity and efficiency.

With a focus on environmentally sustainable features, the new facility aims to be carbon neutral, incorporating:

  • Solar panel provisions for renewable energy generation.

  • Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations for eco-friendly ground transport.

  • High-capacity electric aircraft charging for all-electric and hybrid aircraft.

  • Ongoing supply of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), reducing the carbon footprint of conventional flights.

A New Home for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department Air Support Unit

In a unique partnership, the facility will also serve as the new purpose-built home for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department (OCSD) Air Support Unit. The dedicated space will host the department’s fleet of helicopters, maintenance operations, and personnel, enhancing public safety and operational efficiency.
