Ingredients Serves 1 • 2 oz. gin • 1 oz. simple syrup • 1 oz. fresh lime juice • ½ cup of pomegranate seeds • 7 fresh mint leaves • 1 lime • Ice Directions • In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, simple syrup, fresh lime juice, blueberries, mint leaves and ice. • Shake vigorously. • Strain into a cocktail glass. • Garnish with lime and mint leaves.
Ingredients ½ cup blackberries 1 handful fresh mint leaves 4 oz. white rum Juice of 2 limes 1 tsp. sugar Crushed Ice Directions Muddle the blackberries and mint leaves in a small bowl. Spoon the blackberry and mint mixture evenly into two glasses. Add rum, sugar, lime juice and stir. Top with crushed ice. Add rum and garnish with mint and blackberries.
Ingredients Blue layer • 3 cups ice • 2 oz. silver tequila • 1 oz. triple sec • 2 oz. blue curacao White layer • 3 cups ice • 2 oz. silver tequila • 1 oz. triple sec • 2 oz. lime juice Red layer • 3 cups ice • 2 oz. silver tequila • 1 oz. triple sec • 2 oz. grenadine Directions • Garnish both glasses with salt (optional). • To make the blue layer: blend all ingredients and pour evenly into two glasses. • Repeat with the white and red layers. • Pour the white layer, and the red layer over the blue layer.
Ingredients • 2 cups pumpkin spice coconut milk beverage • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage • 4 tbsp. organic canned pumpkin • ½ tsp. cinnamon • 1 ½ oz. dark rum • 1 ½ oz. vanilla flavored vodka Garnish: • Whipped topping and cinnamon sticks Directions Combine pumpkin spice beverage, coconut milk beverage, pumpkin and spices in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer, stirring often. Add rum and vodka and continue simmering for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot with a dollop of whipped topping and a cinnamon stick.

Dry shake without ice. Fill the shaker with ice, then shake vigorously for about 30 seconds to ensure the egg is well-mixed. Strain into a glass. Add a dash of grated nutmeg or cinnamon as a garnish
