Ingredients
Serves 2
- 4 oz. tequila blanco
- 4 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 oz. maple syrup or simple syrup
- 2 oz. soda water
- Flaky sea salt and grapefruit wedge for garnish
Directions
- Sprinkle flaky sea salt on a small plate. Slightly dampen rim of glasses with a grapefruit wedge and dip into salt.
- Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and syrup into the glass and stir.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water.
- Garnish with grapefruit.
