Very few spirits are gluten-free. Even less are gluten-free, minimally distilled, sustainably sourced and come in a 100 percent recyclable bottle. But one vodka can claim to be all of these things: Azzurre. This vodka is made from yellow apples, wine grapes and sugar cane, providing a blend that many will find refreshing – even if you’re not on a gluten-free diet.

Rose Mint Spritzer
1 oz Azzurre Vodka
Handful of Mint
Rose Syrup
Lime
Rose Petals
Fresh Mint
Club Soda
Muddle the vodka, mint, rose syrup and lime. Strain mixture into ice-filled glass. Top it off with rose petals, fresh mint and club soda.
Cucumber Mint Cooler
1 Cup Azzurre Vodka
½ Small Cucumber (sliced)
2 Cups Fresh Lime Juice
½ Cup Sparkling Water
1 Stevia Packet
1 Cup Fresh Mint Leaves
2 Limes (sliced)
Muddle the Stevia packet, fresh mint leaves and lime slices in a pitcher. Mix in the cucumber slices, fresh lime juice, vodka and sparkling water. Stir well. Chill for an hour and serve over ice.
Atlantis Escape
1 oz Azzurre Vodka
½ oz Blue Curaçao
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Pineapple Juice
Mix the vodka, blue curaçao, Angostura bitters and orange bitters in a shaker. Pour the mixture over ice and top with pineapple juice.
