The Distiller app allows users to browse whiskies, get recommendations, view ratings, read reviews and have the spirit shipped to their doorstep.

Distiller, a whiskey recommendation and discovery app, announced Tuesday that it is partnering with craft spirits merchant Ezra’s to bring the spirit straight to the whiskey enthusiast’s door. U.S. users who live in areas where purchasing spirits by mail is allowed will be able to do so with the Distiller app, thanks to the partnership.

“Distiller has carved out a loyal following among both novice and longtime whiskey appreciators, so naturally, this was a perfect fit for us,” Adam Newman, co-founder of Ezra’s, said. “We’re excited to give Distiller’s whiskey fans access to our expansive selection of spirits and get their purchases delivered directly to them.”

To make a purchase, users find the whiskey they want to purchase, click the ‘buy’ button and follow the steps to complete their order. Users can also request unique and hard-to-find whiskeys that can’t be found at local stores or may take a long time to ship and Distiller will work with Ezra’s to get them.

“We have found that our users are especially passionate about finding new and interesting whiskeys to try, and with this partnership we’re now taking a big step towards being involved in that journey every step of the way,” Mikael Mossberg, co-founder and CEO of Distiller, said. “Now, if they get a recommendation or read about a whiskey they want to try or gift to someone, they can purchase and have it in a few days. Not only are the vast majority of whiskeys now available for shipment almost anywhere in the country, but we can also work with users who want to get their hands on harder to find products that aren’t available locally.”
