One of the last remaining independent and family owned producers, Jean Fillioux has been producing cognac for five generations. They control everything from vine to label, from soil to bottle. On the 55 acre estate in the exclusive “Golden Triangle” of the Grande Champagne, this cognac is aged in barrels for a minimum of 35 years.

Tasting Notes: It displays notes of honey, vanilla, almond and cigar-box fragrance. Powerful flavors of cinnamon and dark chocolate are present.
