Vodka can be made from just about anything – from fruit to wheat to barley to rye. Some vodka enthusiasts, however, prefer the smoothness of vodka made from potatoes. If you’re one such enthusiast, you may like Zodiac Vodka, a spirit made in Rigby, Idaho from locally grown potatoes.
Zodiac reveals that their process consists of “a four-column, 91-stage distillation process and just before bottling [they] filter it through birch charcoal to get the perfect finish.” Zodiac Vodka is gluten-free and retails for $25. Drink it straight, on ice or in one of these cocktails, courtesy of Zodiac Vodka.
