Serves 2

  • 4 oz. tequila blanco
  • 4 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz. maple syrup or simple syrup
  • 2 oz. soda water
  • Flaky sea salt and grapefruit wedge for garnish


  • Sprinkle flaky sea salt on a small plate. Slightly dampen rim of glasses with a grapefruit wedge and dip into salt.
  • Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and syrup into the glass and stir.
  • Fill the glass with ice and top with soda water.
  • Garnish with grapefruit.
