FEATURED COCKTAILS
What About Barb?
Ingredients:
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 egg white
- 1.25 oz lime juice
- ¾ oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 3 dashes rhubarb bitters
Directions:
- combine all ingredients into a mixing glass
- vigorously shake without ice
- open container and shake again with ice
- strain neat into a coupe glass
Garnish:
- lime wedge


Smoke and Mirrors
Ingredients:
- 2 oz mezcal
- 3 dashes lemon bitters
- ⅔ oz elderflower liqueur
- ⅔ oz dry vermouth
Directions:
- combine all ingredients into a mixing glass
- stir until well-chilled
- strain neat into a Nick and Nora glass
Garnish:
- lemon twist
BRAMBLE ON
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Cognac
- 1 shot espresso
- ¾ oz heering cherry liqueur
- 3 dashes Aztec chocolate bitters
Directions:
- combine all ingredients into a mixing glass
- add ice and shake vigorously
- strain neat into a martini glass
Garnish:
blackberry


HOLLAPENO
Ingredients:
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- 3 dashes lime bitters
- 3 dashes spicy bitters
- 1 dash rhubarb bitters
- 1 oz simple syrup
Directions:
- combine all ingredients in a mixing glass
- add ice and stir until well chilled
- strain neat into a rocks glass over ice
Garnish:
- slice of jalapeno
