Cocktail:Kopfnuß Ingredients: 1 l red wine, 1 l cognac, 1 l cointreau, 1 cinnamon stick, sugar (to taste), 3-4 cloves Directions: Place the red wine in a saucepan. Add the cinnamon stick and cloves. Sweeten to taste with the sugar. Heat. Right before serving, add the cognac and cointreau. Remove saucepan from fire and pour in hot drink glasses. This recipe serves 6.
