The gin is finished in new American oak barrels. It’s a light amber color with aromas of fresh oak, sweet vanilla, caramel, honey, charcoal, honeysuckle, flowers and some smoke. There are flavors of leather, sweetness (honey and vanilla), pipe smoke, charcoal, oak and juniper with gin in the background. It finishes sweetly with pepper spiciness, oak and alcohol warmth.
